• Saving your PAN is entirely optional. All normal features work without it.
• PAN is used solely to request allotment status and for no other purpose.
• By saving your PAN and requesting an allotment check, you consent to your PAN being used in this way.
• KFintech and MUFG Intime are independent third-party services. IPO Tracker does not control their availability, accuracy, or data handling. Allotment checks may fail, be delayed, or return no result if the registrar service is unavailable.
• You can remove your saved PAN at any time by editing the relevant demat account.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must not access or attempt to access another person's account or data.
• You must not attempt to bypass or circumvent authentication, access controls, or any other security measure.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us promptly.

• The free plan is available with a fixed limit on the number of tracked IPOs.
• The Pro plan is a paid subscription. Applicable pricing is shown before purchase.
• Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancelling prevents future renewals.
• Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, unless a refund is required by applicable law or by a refund policy stated at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. IPO Tracker does not store your card or UPI payment credentials.

The allotment checking feature specifically depends on third-party registrar services (KFintech and MUFG Intime). If a registrar service is unavailable or changes its systems, allotment checks may fail, be delayed, or return incomplete results. We are not responsible for the uptime or accuracy of those services.

• Verifying important financial information against your official broker, demat, or exchange records.
• Keeping your account credentials secure.
• Deciding whether the information displayed by the app is adequate for your purposes.

IPO Tracker is a tracking and record-keeping tool. It does not make financial decisions on your behalf.

• Access or attempt to access another person's account or data.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Abuse or excessively use the allotment checking feature in a way that places unreasonable load on third-party registrar services.

• That calculations will always be error-free.
• That user-entered data will be accurate or complete.
• That allotment information from registrar services will always be available or accurate.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
• That the service will meet every user's particular requirements.
